Debit Card Information
With the MasterCard logo on your People’s Bank of Seneca debit card, you can pay for travel, restaurant, retail, and a wide variety of other purchases wherever MasterCard is accepted. Debit Cards are tied directly to your checking account, and the amount of your purchase is automatically deducted from your checking account. You can withdrawal available cash from your checking or savings account at an ATM terminal. People’s Bank of Seneca is now issuing debit cards with EMV chip technology for extra security.
Lost or Stolen Debit Card
To report a lost or stolen debit card during regular business hours, please call People’s Bank of Seneca at (417) 578-9095.
After business hours, please call (888) 297-3416. A representative will take your information, deactivate your card, and contact People’s Bank of Seneca the next business day.
Travel Notifications
Please contact any of our branches to add a note to your account when planning to travel. In the event your debit card is declined while traveling, please call (417) 578-9095 to resolve the issue.
